In April 2004, the Adaptation and Impacts Research Group (AIRG) began development of the Climate Change Scenarios Network (CCSN). CCSN delivers climate change scenarios over a network of nodes in all five C-CIARN regions. The Network provides scenarios derived from global climate models, regional climate models, model comparisons, bioclimatic interpretations and statistical downscaling tools. The CCSN will also not only allow the users to choose from a range of scenarios, but it will provide access to new statistical downscaling models, developed specifically for use in Canada. The CCSN is not only designed for the research community, but also to support decision making for adaptation. This presentation will be used to demonstrate the range of information and tools that can be accessed through the CCSN.
